Usage:
I used this on my 2004 Ford Mustang Mach 1 to fit my 315/35ZR17 Goodyear Eagle F1 GS D3s (they were rubbing like a biotch before and got all sliced up and needed to be replaced).
The tool assembles pretty easily as there are only a few things to put together:
It bolts to your wheel hub with the included dished washers and your lug nuts:
The results were pretty damn good. I kept the fender lip heated (as hot as possible without burning the paint!!) the entire time I was rolling it (little by little, gradually bending it) and the paint did not crack.
It is pretty easy to use, I've only used it myself the one time when I did my car. Here is a how-to video on how to use it from youtube:
This has been rented by several member of the Greater Toronto Area Mustang Club (GTAMC) so far and I don't think any have been disappointed with it. It has been used on 4-bolt foxes, 5-bolt SN95's, a few volkswagens, a few camaro's, a Ford Thunderbird, a Mitsubishi Eclipse and more.
From the manufacturer:
Increase tire/fender clearance, flare fenders and/or repair wheel arch collision damage with this pro grade forming tool. Bolts directly to hub flange. Elongated holes in adapter plate fit all popular 4 and 5 bolt hubs, and are held in place with the included dished washers and vehicles lug nuts. Forming arm adjusts from 14" to 22 3/4" Delrin ® ball bearing forming roller is tough enough to form the fender without damaging the paint.

The charge is $50 to rent it and you can keep it for a few days (an agreed upon time period). To cover my own arse, I require a $300 REFUNDABLE deposit. So when you pick up the tool (I'm located in downtown Toronto, but can be regularly found in Etobicoke, Scarborough, North York and Bolton), you give me $350 and sign your life away
When you drop it back off in one piece and on time, you get your $300 back. If the tool is returned broken or damaged, the deposit will be kept and you can keep the new blue paperweight if you'd like
If you don't have a heat gun, I have one I can lend you at no extra charge.
